Common use of Homebuilding Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

Homebuilding Subsidiaries. The Company shall not cause or permit the voting securities or other ownership interests of any Homebuilding Subsidiary to be less than 100% owned and controlled, directly or indirectly, by the Company except for a legitimate business purpose unrelated to whether such Subsidiary is required to be a Guarantor hereunder.
