HOMEOWNERS WARRANTY. Buyer and Seller are advised that Homeowners Warranties are available. A Homeowners Warranty is only part of this Agreement if Buyer or Seller agrees to purchase a warranty. Buyer and Seller are advised to request information about what is included in the warranty and what is excluded (for example, preexisting conditions) and the amount of the deductible.
