Common use of Honest, Accurate and Verifiable Production Claims Clause in Contracts

Honest, Accurate and Verifiable Production Claims. All production claims made in signs, labels, promotional activities and materials, and verbal communications must be honest, accurate and verifiable. During Greenmarket inspection the Producer must be able to provide evidence through documentation or other information sufficient to demonstrate that all production claims are accurate. Sufficiency of evidence will be determined by and at the discretion of, the Greenmarket Inspector and the Director.
