HONORABLE UNDERTAKING. The purposes of this Reinsurance Agreement are not to be defeated by narrow or technical legal interpretations of its provisions. The Reinsurance Agreement shall be construed as an honorable undertaking and should be interpreted for the purpose of giving effect to the real intentions of the parties hereto.
