Horizon Separate Returns Sample Clauses

Horizon Separate Returns. Horizon shall prepare and file or cause to be prepared and filed all Horizon Separate Returns and shall pay, or cause to be paid, and shall be responsible for, any and all Income Taxes or Other Taxes due or required to be paid with respect to any Horizon Separate Return for both Pre-Distribution Taxable Periods and Post-Distribution Taxable Periods.
