Hospital Clients. Schedule 3.20 lists the [*] largest hospital clients (based on consolidated net sales) of the Group Companies on a consolidated basis (collectively, the “Material Hospital Clients”) for the 12-month period ended December 31, 2013. Except as set forth on Schedule 3.20, the Company has not received written notice of any termination or cancellation or threatened termination or cancellation by any Material Hospital Client of its business relationship with the Company, except where such termination or cancellation would not, individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to result in material liability to the Group Companies, taken as a whole, or otherwise materially impair the value of, or interfere in any material respect with the conduct of the business of, the Group Companies taken as a whole.
