This form is to assist Klamath Community College financial aid students who wish to enroll at more than one institution during a term. A student who is concurrently enrolled at both Klamath Community College (Home Institution) and the Host Institution will have his/her enrolled credits combined to determine enrollment status for financial aid disbursement. This form is for students who want KCC to be their Home Institution. Only the Home Institution may disburse financial aid funds for the term. Choose the academic Term that you plan to be co-enrolled. Host Institution. The institution(s) where you are taking courses that apply towards the degree from the Home Institution.
Host Institution. The host institution shall ensure that consortium participants do not receive federal and state aid from both schools during the same quarter. In addition, the host school shall provide to the home school information relevant to participants’ enrollment, fee payment and grades in a timely manner. The home institution will determine the tuition refund calculation. Language courses taken at OSU that count toward the World Languages Options at SOU are eligible to in this program. Institutional scholarships may be available based on the policies at each institution. The ‘Host’ Institution agrees to report any scholarship awards to the ‘Home’ Institution.
