ADT shall have the right to reject any change to the hosting facility or its location based on a good faith determination by ADT that the new facility does not provide security at least equal to the security provided by the current facility, it being understood that ADT shall not unreasonably withhold or delay consent to an Xxxxx.xxx’s proposed change of hosting facility provided that such proposed change of hosting facility will have no negative impact on the agreed upon Service Level Agreement (described in Exhibit A) and any such change will be at no additional cost to ADT.
Hosting Location. The Hosting Services will be rendered in a facility that is consistent with high industry standards for fireproofing, power and backup generation, structural integrity, seismic resistance and resistance to other natural and man-made disruptions (the “Facility”). In addition, the Facility shall be secured against physical and electronic intrusion in a manner consistent with high industry standards. Vendor shall provide Anthem with at least ninety (90) days written notice of a change in the location from which Vendor delivers the Hosting Services. Upon ten (10) days prior notice, Anthem may inspect the Hosting location to assess compliance with requirements set forth in this Agreement.
Hosting Location. The location of the cloud facility from which you are served depends on the mapping of your region/country to the available cloud facilities at the time of your sign-up. We may migrate your account or require you to migrate your account to a different cloud facility in the event of any updates to the region/country to cloud facility mapping at any point of time. If you are served from a cloud facility outside your region/country and a Zoho group entity has an office in your region/country, apart from storing the data in the cloud facility assigned to you, we may store a local copy of the data in your region/country. You may transmit or publish content created by you using any of the Services or otherwise. However, you shall be solely responsible for such content and the consequences of its transmission or publication. Any content made public will be publicly accessible through the internet and may be crawled and indexed by search engines. You are responsible for ensuring that you do not accidentally make any private content publicly available. Any content that you may receive from other users of the Services, is provided to you AS IS for your information and personal use only and you agree not to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license or otherwise exploit such content for any purpose, without the express written consent of the person who owns the rights to such content. In the course of using any of the Services, if you come across any content with copyright notice(s) or any copy protection feature(s), you agree not to remove such copyright notice(s) or disable such copy protection feature(s) as the case may be. By making any copyrighted/copyrightable content available on any of the Services you affirm that you have the consent, authorization or permission, as the case may be from every person who may claim any rights in such content to make such content available in such manner.
