Data Location. 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.)
1.2. The CONTRACTOR must notify the COUNTY in advance and in writing of any location changes to CONTRACTOR’s data center(s) that will process or store County data.
Data Location. Regardless of any other provision of this Contract or its incorporated or referenced documents, all of the data for State of Texas Customers identified by the State as requiring their data to remain in the continental United States shall remain, and be stored, processed, accessed, viewed, transmitted, and received, always and exclusively within the contiguous United States. A State of Texas Customer can specifically request otherwise. For all local governments and education customers within the State of Texas, as well as Customers outside the State of Texas’ jurisdiction, the question of data location shall be at the discretion of such Customers. NOTE: CLIENTS SHOULD CONSIDER WHETHER THEY REQUIRE CONTINENTAL US- ONLY DATA LOCATION AND HANDLING AND MAKE VENDOR AWARE OF THEIR REQUIREMENTS.
Data Location. The Contractor shall provide its services to the Purchasing Entity and its end users solely from data centers in the U.S. Storage of Purchasing Entity data at rest shall be located solely in data centers in the U.S. The Contractor shall not allow its personnel or contractors to store Purchasing Entity data on portable devices, including personal computers, except for devices that are used and kept only at its U.S. data centers. The Contractor shall permit its personnel and contractors to access Purchasing Entity data remotely only as required to provide technical support. The Contractor may provide technical user support on a 24/7 basis using a Follow the Sun model, unless otherwise prohibited in a Participating Addendum.

Data Location. Except where Contractor obtains County’s prior written consent, the physical location of Contractor’s data center where County Data is stored shall be within the continental United States.
Data Location. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Xxxxxxxx’s access to, download of and/or use of the Website may require that data be transmitted, processed or stored offline, outside of the Website or outside of Customer’s state or country.

All other terms and conditions of the Contract as amended, not expressly amended herein, shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of conflict among the provisions, the order of precedence shall be this Amendment Number 4, then Amendment Number 3, then Amendment Number 2, then Amendment Number 1, and then the Contract.
Data Location. Storage of Data at rest shall be located solely in data centers in the United States and the contractor shall provide its Services to the State and its end users solely from locations in the United States. The contractor shall not store Data on portable devices, including personal laptop and desktop computers. The contractor shall access Data remotely only as required to provide technical support. The contractor shall provide technical user sup port on a 24/7 basis unless specified otherwise in the Service Level Agreement.
Data Location. Except where Contractor obtains County’s express prior written consent, the physical location of Contractor’s data center where County Data is stored must be within the United States. Any time County Data is relocated within the United States, Contractor must securely dispose of such copies from the former data location and certify in writing to County that such County Data has been disposed of securely. Contractor must comply with all reasonable directions provided by County with respect to the disposal of County Data. Further, should it become necessary in the course of normal operations for Contractor to copy or move County Data to another storage destination on its online system and delete County Data found in the original location, Contractor must preserve and maintain the content and integrity of County Data.
Data Location. The Contractor must disclose the data server locations where the Agency data will be stored as well as the redundant server locations. The Contractor must have prior Agency approval to store Agency data in locations outside of the United States.
