Common use of Hosting / SaaS Clause in Contracts

Hosting / SaaS. This module applies to the availability and continued availability of (hosting) data and/or (web) applications facilitated by the Contractor to the Client remotely through the Internet or another network, without providing the Client with a physical carrier containing the relevant software. This also includes the registration and management of domain names.

Hosting / SaaS. This module applies to the availability "remotely" provision and continued availability of keeping available (hosting) of data and/or and / or (web) applications facilitated to the Client by the Contractor to the Client remotely through the Internet or another network, without providing the Client being provided with a physical carrier containing with the relevant software. This also includes the registration registering and management of managing domain names.
