Common use of Hotel Accounting Clause in Contracts

Hotel Accounting. All monthly and other operating statements to be delivered by Borrowers hereunder shall be (and all accompanying Officer's Certificates shall state that they have been) prepared based upon the Uniform System of Accounts for Hotels, current edition.
