Hour Access. Tenant, its employees, agents, and invitees shall have access to the Premises twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. During nonbusiness hours Landlord may restrict access by any reasonable means. Landlord shall not be liable for denying or permitting entry to any person unable to show the proper identification. Landlord may temporarily close the Building if required because of a life-threatening or Building threatening situation. Landlord shall use its best efforts to close the Building during nonbusiness hours only.

Hour Access. Tenant shall, subject to Landlord’s reasonable security requirements, Force Majeure, repairs and other de minimus interruptions, have access to the Premises twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week.

Hour Access. (a) The Lessee and parties authorized by the Lessee may access and use the Lease Property outside of the Normal business Hours for utilization of the Lease Property within the permitted use or for relevant purposes. (b) The Lessee and parties authorized by the Lessee shall comply with the conditions set forth below when accessing the Lease Property outside of the Normal Business Hours. In addition, the Lessee hereby agrees and acknowledges that the operation of elevators and air conditioning facilities may be limited outside of the Normal Business Hours. (1) Reasonable scope of verification of the identities of the persons accessing the Lease Building outside of the Normal Business Hours (2) Reasonable scope of investigation of the items being brought into the Lease Building outside of the Normal Business Hours

Subtenant may use a card or key system for access to its Subleased Premises which is not compatible with the card or key system for access to the Building provided it makes pass cards or keys available to Prime Landlord for use in cases of emergency,
Hour Access. (a) The Lessor consents to the Lessee and persons authorised by the Lessee entering and using the Premises and the Lessor must make available Elevator access to the Premises: (i) inside and outside Normal Business Hours; (ii) for any purpose necessary or ancillary to the Permitted Use. (b) The consent in paragraph (a) is subject to the conditions that: (i) the Lessee complies with any reasonable requirements of the Lessor for: (A) control of the entrances to the Building; or (B) identification of persons entering or leaving the Building, outside Normal Business Hours; and (ii) the Lessee acknowledges that: (A) comprehensive Elevator services may not be available; and (B) air conditioning is not normally available, outside Normal Business Hours. (c) Despite clause 6.6(b)(ii) the Lessor will make air conditioning available outside Normal Business Hours at the request and cost of the Lessee.
