Hour Access. Tenant, its employees, agents, and invitees shall have access to the Premises twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. During nonbusiness hours Landlord may restrict access by any reasonable means. Landlord shall not be liable for denying or permitting entry to any person unable to show the proper identification. Landlord may temporarily close the Building if required because of a life-threatening or Building threatening situation. Landlord shall use its best efforts to close the Building during nonbusiness hours only.
Hour Access. Tenant shall, subject to Landlord’s reasonable security requirements, Force Majeure, repairs and other de minimus interruptions, have access to the Premises twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week.

Landlord may temporarily close the Building only if required because of a life-threatening situation or Building-threatening situation. Landlord shall use its best efforts to close the Building during Tenant's nonbusiness hours only.
Hour Access. Lessee shall be entitled to 24-hour, seven (7) day a week access to the Premises, but this shall not be construed as authorization to make use of the Building services beyond the Building Hours without reimbursing Lessor for the cost thereof, and shall be subject to any governmental or municipal laws and regulations with respect to said 24-hour, seven (7) day a week access. Lessee shall obtain access by means of a key or other similar means to be provided by Lessor to afford access to the Building.

At any time, Landlord may restrict access by requiring persons to show a badge or identification card issued by Landlord. Landlord shall not be liable for denying entry to any person unable to show the proper identification. 3.02
Hour Access. Subject to Landlord's Building-wide security regulations and events beyond Landlord's reasonable control, Tenant shall have access to the premises 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Hour Access. It is understood and agreed that the Tenant, its employees and invitees shall have the right twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, throughout the Term to have access to the Leased Premises and parking facilities for the Building and to use the Common Areas for its intended purposes in common with others entitled thereof. The foregoing access to the Leased Premises shall include continuous supply (except in the case of an emergency and scheduled maintenance) by the Landlord of electric power, hot and cold running water in the Building, heat, air-conditioning (HVAC), lights within the Leased Premises and elevator services to the Leased Premises, as outlined in this Lease, and be subject in the case of hours which are not the normal business hours for the Building, to the terms of this Lease (including, but not limited to charges for Additional Services) and the Rules and Regulations attached as Schedule "B" or made pursuant to this Lease.
Hour Access. (a) The Lessee and parties authorized by the Lessee may access and use the Lease Property outside of the Normal business Hours for utilization of the Lease Property within the permitted use or for relevant purposes.
(b) The Lessee and parties authorized by the Lessee shall comply with the conditions set forth below when accessing the Lease Property outside of the Normal Business Hours. In addition, the Lessee hereby agrees and acknowledges that the operation of elevators and air conditioning facilities may be limited outside of the Normal Business Hours.
(1) Reasonable scope of verification of the identities of the persons accessing the Lease Building outside of the Normal Business Hours
(2) Reasonable scope of investigation of the items being brought into the Lease Building outside of the Normal Business Hours
Hour Access. Subtenant shall be entitled to 24-hour, seven (7) day a week access to the Building and the Subleased Premises, but this shall not be construed as authorization to make use of any Building services beyond Building Hours (as defined in Section 11.8 of the Prime Lease) without reimbursing Prime Landlord for the cost thereof, and shall be subject to any governmental or municipal laws and regulations with respect to said 24-hour, seven (7) day a week access. Subtenant shall obtain said access by means of a card, key or other similar means to be provided by Prime Landlord to afford access to the Building. Subtenant may use a card or key system for access to its Subleased Premises which is not compatible with the card or key system for access to the Building provided it makes pass cards or keys available to Prime Landlord for use in cases of emergency,
Hour Access. (a) The Lessor consents to the Lessee and persons authorised by the Lessee entering and using the Premises and the Lessor must make available Elevator access to the Premises:
(i) inside and outside Normal Business Hours;
(ii) for any purpose necessary or ancillary to the Permitted Use.
(b) The consent in paragraph (a) is subject to the conditions that:
(i) the Lessee complies with any reasonable requirements of the Lessor for:
(A) control of the entrances to the Building; or
(B) identification of persons entering or leaving the Building, outside Normal Business Hours; and
(ii) the Lessee acknowledges that:
(A) comprehensive Elevator services may not be available; and
(B) air conditioning is not normally available, outside Normal Business Hours.
(c) Despite clause 6.6(b)(ii) the Lessor will make air conditioning available outside Normal Business Hours at the request and cost of the Lessee.
