Hour Shift Rotation. Note: It is understood and agreed that the intent of this agreement is to ensure that implementation of the “12” hour shifts schedule results in no increase to the cost of the University’s operations nor deterioration of efficiency of productivity. Should problems be identified subsequent to implementation which are not addressed by the agreement, the parties agree to meet and resolve such problems in a manner consistent with this intent.
Hour Shift Rotation. The Civilian Dispatchers shift rotation is based on a four (4) week rotating cycle, with all shifts being of twelve (12) hour duration.
