Common use of HOURLY DELIVERIES Clause in Contracts

HOURLY DELIVERIES. Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1 above at an hourly rate exceeding 1 dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity.

HOURLY DELIVERIES. Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1 above at an hourly rate exceeding 1 5 dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity.

HOURLY DELIVERIES. Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1 above at an hourly rate exceeding 1 12 dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity.

HOURLY DELIVERIES. Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1 above at an hourly rate exceeding 1 27 dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity.

HOURLY DELIVERIES. Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1 above at an hourly rate exceeding 1 25 dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity.

Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity.

HOURLY DELIVERIES. Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1 above at an hourly rate exceeding 1 15 dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity.

HOURLY DELIVERIES. Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1 above at an hourly rate exceeding 1 78 dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity.

HOURLY DELIVERIES. Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1 above at an hourly rate exceeding 1 9 dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity.

HOURLY DELIVERIES. Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1 above at an hourly rate exceeding 1 36 dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity.

HOURLY DELIVERIES. Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1 above at an hourly rate exceeding 1 84 dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity. D. The term of this Amendment One shall be the same as the term of the Service Agreement currently in effect. E. No other provisions of the Service Agreement between Seller and Buyer are altered by this Amendment One.

HOURLY DELIVERIES. Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1 above at an hourly rate exceeding 1 47 dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantityqua.l1tity.

Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity.
