Common use of HOURLY DELIVERIES Clause in Contracts

HOURLY DELIVERIES. (A) Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1(A) above, at an hourly rate in excess of ± dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity. (B) Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1(B) above at an hourly rate in excess of 124 dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity.

Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity. (B) Seller shall not be obligated to make malce hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1(BI(B) above at an hourly rate in excess of 124 30 dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity.,

Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas Gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas Gas within the specified quantity. (B) Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas Gas pursuant to Paragraph 1(B1 (B) above at an hourly rate in excess of 124 33 dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas Gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas Gas within the specified quantity.

HOURLY DELIVERIES. (A) Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1(Al(A) above, at an hourly rate in excess of ± 24 dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity. (B) Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1(B) above at an hourly rate in excess of 124 84 dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity.
