Housekeeping Services. Housekeeping services shall be as follows: (a) The Facility will be responsible for the housekeeping in all public areas. (b) The Facility will furnish one annual housecleaning of the Residence. Resident may contract for additional housekeeping services at an additional published charge. (c) Resident shall maintain the Residence in a clean, sanitary and orderly manner. The Facility reserves the right to inspect the Residence, after proper notice to Resident, and, if the Residence appears to be in need of extra cleaning, as determined by the Facility at its sole discretion, the Facility shall provide cleaning services to the Residence. The Resident will be charged for these services. (d) The Facility shall not be held responsible for any accidental breakage that occurs in the course of cleaning or providing resident assistance.

Each student shall provide housekeeping services in their assigned room. Damages. A student is liable for the cost of any repairs made necessary by the fault or negligence of the student or by their invited guests. The responsible resident shall pay the amount of damages to University property. Rules and Regulations. A student shall comply with all rules and regulations for University residence halls and apartments, including but not limited to the rules and regulations noted on the Residence Life website. Violators of such rules and regulations are subject to disciplinary action and/or termination of contract by the University.

Housekeeping Services. Manager will provide for the cleaning of the Unit during and at the end of periods of rental to Resort Guests and during and at the end of periods of Unit Owner Occupancy, and in doing so, will provide linens, towels, hand soaps, shampoo and other sundries in the Unit consistent with the Rental Program Standard, in accordance with then current established daily rates. Resort Guests staying five (5) or more consecutive nights will receive a mid-stay cleaning at no charge. Daily cleaning service to Resort Guests requesting the same shall be provided in accordance with the then current established daily rates. All housekeeping services provided during periods of Unit Owner Occupancy are subject to the provisions of Section 3(k) and Section 4(e).
Housekeeping Services. (Owner or Owner Guest(s) Occupancy). Daily housekeeping service may be purchased as an “a la carte” service when the Residence is occupied by Owner or Owner Guests (Appendix 1). A departure cleaning fee is charged to the Owner upon Owner/Owner Guests departure to prepare the Residence for the next Rental Guest. Owner is responsible for all daily housekeeping and departure cleaning charges associated with his stay (Appendix 1). Owner will receive fifteen (15) complimentary cleaning days at no charge each calendar year and can opt for every other day cleaning when occupying the unit.
Housekeeping Services. Once a week, the Community will furnish housekeeping services to the Residence at no additional charge to Resident. The Resident is responsible for otherwise maintaining the Residences in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition and providing for all usual light housekeeping tasks that may be required to keep the Residence clean. If the Resident does not maintain the Residence in a clean, sanitary and safe manner, after written notice to Resident, the Community will have the right to provide any and all necessary additional housekeeping services and the Resident agrees to pay all reasonable charges for such services.

Housekeeping Services. Resident is expected to maintain the Living Unit in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition and to be responsible for all light housekeeping tasks in the Living Unit.
