Housing Characteristics Sample Clauses

The Housing Characteristics clause defines the specific features, attributes, and conditions of a property being leased or sold. It typically outlines details such as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage, included appliances, and any unique amenities or structural elements. By clearly specifying these aspects, the clause ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of what is being provided, reducing the risk of disputes over the property's condition or features.
