HOUSING STANDARDS. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to conduct himself or herself in accordance with the CES Honor Code, BYU Student Housing Policy, and to abide by the published Housing Guidelines at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇, which guidelines are incorporated herein by reference. Failure to maintain such standards or abide by such guidelines constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. The University reserves the right to amend the Housing Guidelines from time to time by giving thirty (30) day notice in writing of any change. Following the 30-day notice it is agreed that such change will be a modification of this Agreement and the Tenant will be held responsible for the change.
