Housing Unit Quality Control Sample Clauses
The Housing Unit Quality Control clause establishes standards and procedures to ensure that residential units meet specified quality requirements before occupancy or handover. Typically, this clause outlines inspection protocols, benchmarks for construction materials and workmanship, and remedies if deficiencies are found, such as requiring repairs or withholding final payment. Its core function is to protect buyers or tenants by guaranteeing that the housing provided is safe, habitable, and constructed to agreed-upon standards, thereby reducing disputes over quality and ensuring accountability from developers or contractors.
