Common use of Houston Sublease Properties Clause in Contracts

Houston Sublease Properties. (a) Houston shall grant or cause its applicable Subsidiary to grant to Seattle or its applicable Subsidiary a sublease of that part of the relevant Houston Sublease Property identified in the Colocation Sites Spreadsheet and Seattle or its applicable Subsidiary shall accept the same, subject to the other provisions of this Agreement and (to the extent not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement) the terms of the Separation Agreement and the other Transaction Documents. Such sublease shall be completed on the later of: (a) the Go Live Date; and (b) the earlier of (i) the tenth (10th) Business Day after the relevant Lease Consent has been granted and (ii) the date agreed upon by the parties in accordance with Section 2.12(a).
