How Charges Will Be Assessed for the Year of Purchase. Charges will be assessed to and be payable in full by an Owner for the Calendar Year in which he purchased if and only if in that Calendar Year that Owner’s Fixed Use Period starts or occurs after the date of closing. Charges will otherwise be pro rata from the closing until the end of the Calendar Year of purchase.
