How Courtesy Pay is Administered. If you are eligible for the Service, we will generally pay your overdraft items up to a maximum amount established by the Credit Union in its sole and absolute discretion, including fees. We are not required to notify you of any nonsufficient funds checks, ACH items, or other transactions that may have been paid or returned. We may refuse to pay any overdrafts without first notifying you even though your account is in good standing and even if we have paid previous overdrafts.
