How Fees Are To Be Paid. All Fees paid by Client to CleanBrain shall be in United States currency and in a form approved by CleanBrain. Client shall pay all Fees directly to CleanBrain. Client shall continually provide CleanBrain with current valid credit card information and/or bank account information to pay User License Fees and other Fees and amounts to CleanBrain. Client hereby authorizes CleanBrain to use such information to pay amounts owed by Client to CleanBrain as set forth above.
