How Long to Decide. You will have up to forty-five (45) days from the receipt of this Agreement in which to decide whether to sign this Agreement and return it to the Company. The offer of severance benefits contained in this Agreement will expire on August 22, 2016. Please note that once you have signed this Agreement, you will have seven (7) days to revoke your signature and acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
