How Payments are Made. All payments to UNIVERSITY pursuant to this AGREEMENT shall be paid in U.S. dollars. Conversion of foreign currency to U. S. dollars shall be made at the conversion rate existing in the United States (as reported in the in the Wall Street Journal) on the last working day of each ROYALTY PERIOD. Such payments shall be without deduction of exchange, collection or other charges.
