How to provide written notice to the School. Notices that you are required to give under these terms and conditions must be in writing addressed to the Headmaster and either: 17.3.1 Sent by email to the school using this email address: xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx.xx; or 17.3.2 sent to the School for the attention of the Headmaster by recorded or other form of registered post requiring a signature upon receipt as proof of delivery. In light of the importance under this contract of serving certain notices on or before a particular deadline (and the consequences that follow if you do not do so) we recommend that if you provide notice under any of Clauses 3, 4.9, 5.1, 5.2 or 5.4 of these terms and conditions you telephone the School to confirm receipt if you have not received an acknowledgement from us within 48 hours (during term time) and 7 days (during a school holiday period) after sending the notice.
