Common use of HP ESPP Clause in Contracts

HP ESPP. The administrator of the HP ESPP shall take all actions necessary and appropriate to provide that: (i) the regularly scheduled offering period in which the Record Date would occur will be shortened so that the purchase date occurs at the latest practicable time prior to the Record Date; (ii) all participant payroll deductions and other contributions under the HP ESPP shall cease on or before the purchase date described in clause (i) of this paragraph; (iii) Enterprise Employees will not be eligible to participate in any offering periods under the HP ESPP after the completion of the offering period described in clause (i) of this paragraph; and (iv) the administrator of the HP ESPP shall determine in its sole discretion the time at which the next offering period following the offering period described in clause (i) of this paragraph shall commence.
