HR Outsourcing Contract. Unless with the written consent of the Purchaser, the Company shall, for the outsourcing business of existing personnel, sign or re-sign with the outsourcing business providers (including Jieke Zhicheng and Zhengtailong) a writing agreement (see Appendix XI hereof), the form and content of which are satisfactory to the Purchaser, to specify the outsourcing personnel number, content of service, service period and outsourcing expenses, etc.
