HSE Management Plan Clause Samples

The HSE Management Plan clause requires the development and implementation of a comprehensive plan addressing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) considerations for a project or operation. This typically involves outlining procedures for risk assessment, emergency response, training, and compliance with relevant laws and standards. By mandating such a plan, the clause ensures that all parties proactively manage HSE risks, thereby promoting a safe working environment and minimizing potential liabilities or disruptions.
