Common use of HSI Ownership Clause in Contracts

HSI Ownership. Subject to any rights expressly granted to the Licensee in the Agreement, HSI and its licensors, as applicable, reserve all right, title and interest in and to the Services, including information related to the provision of HSI's Services presented in any form and intellectual property rights (HSI Intellectual Property).
