HSR ACT, ETC. As promptly as practicable after the date of the execution of this Agreement, the Company and Parent shall file notifications under and in accordance with the HSR Act. The Company and Parent shall respond as promptly as practicable to any inquiries received from the Federal Trade Commission and the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice for additional information or documentation and shall respond as promptly as practicable to all inquiries and requests received from any State Attorney General or other governmental authority (foreign or domestic) in connection with antitrust matters.
