Sublessor, Landlord and Sublessee shall execute and deliver an Addendum to Operating Lease (HUD Form 91116-ORCF) and any and all other documents required by HUD in connection with HUD’s approval of Sublessee as the operator of the Facility, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Sublessee.
