HUMAN RIGHTS ORDINANCE. No person who is a party to a contract with Cook County ("County") shall engage in unlawful discrimination or sexual harassment against any individual in the terms or conditions of employment, credit, public accommodations, housing, or provision of County facilities, services or programs (Code Chapter 42, Section 42-30 et seq.).
