HUMAN TRAFFICKING PROVISIONS. The Network Provider shall comply and be subject to the requirements of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000, 22 USC §§ 7101 et seq. During the period of time that the agreement is in effect, the Network Provider and its employees may not (a) engage in forms of trafficking in persons; (b) procure a commercial sex act or (c) use forced labor in the performance of the agreement.
