Common use of Hurricane Information Clause in Contracts

Hurricane Information. 37.7.20.1 During a hurricane, AT&T TENNESSEE will make every effort to keep CLECs updated on the status of our network. Information centers will be set up throughout AT&T TENNESSEE. These centers are not intended to be used for escalations, but rather to keep the CLEC informed of network related issues, area damages and dispatch conditions, etc.
