Common use of HVAC Systems Clause in Contracts

HVAC Systems. Tenant agrees to be entirely responsible for the maintenance or the balancing of any heating, ventilating or air conditioning system installed by Tenant and/or maintenance of the electrical or plumbing work installed by Tenant and/or for maintenance of lighting fixtures, partitions, doors, hardware or any other installations made by Tenant.

HVAC Systems. Tenant agrees to be entirely responsible during the Extended Term for the maintenance or the balancing of any heating, ventilating or air conditioning system installed by Tenant and/or maintenance of the electrical or plumbing work installed by Tenant and/or for maintenance of lighting fixtures, partitions, doors, hardware or any other installations made by Tenant.

Except as otherwise expressly set forth in the Lease, Tenant agrees to be entirely responsible for the maintenance or the balancing of any heating, ventilating or air conditioning system installed by Tenant and/or maintenance of the electrical or plumbing work installed by Tenant and/or for maintenance of lighting fixtures, partitions, doors, hardware or any other installations made by Tenant.

After the final completion of Landlord’s Work, Tenant agrees to be entirely responsible for the maintenance or the balancing of any heating, ventilating or air conditioning system installed by Tenant and/or maintenance of the electrical or plumbing work installed by Tenant and/or for maintenance of lighting fixtures, partitions, doors, hardware or any other installations made by Tenant.
