Hybridoma Cell Lines; Research License. 3.2.1 Medarex hereby grants to Celldex an exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense as provided in Section 3.8.1, under the HuMAb Technology to research, make, have made, transfer physical possession of (but not to sell, lease, offer to sell or lease, or otherwise transfer title to) the Hybridoma Cell Lines.
