Hypertension Control Compliance. Plan participants diagnosed with hypertension, who participate in one of the plans’ hypertension control compliance programs, will have their co-payments waived on related medications for the following calendar year, as long as they maintain their participation in the program and use medications prescribed to treat their hypertension without missing any days.
