Hypothecation or Pledge of Collateral. Nothing in this Agreement shall preclude the Lender from engaging in repurchase transactions with any of the Collateral or otherwise pledging, repledging, hypothecating, or rehypothecating any of the Collateral, but no such transaction shall relieve the Lender of its obligations to the Borrower under this Agreement with respect to the Collateral.
