I-Net Usage and Charges Sample Clauses

I-Net Usage and Charges. Each Participant may use the System to the extent available within its boundaries for its own I-Net purposes on an unlimited basis, in exchange for annual payment of its Access Fee. Other than through the payment of the Access Fee, the Board shall not charge Participants for I-Net usage of the System.
