Subject to the consent of Landlord, Sublandlord has agreed desires to sublease sublet the Subleased Sublease Premises to Subtenant and Subtenant desires to sublet the Sublease Premises from Sublandlord, all upon the terms, terms and subject to the conditions and provisions set forth below. The assxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxx Xxxtial assumed and assigned obligations under the Initial Lease have been novated pursuant to a Lease Agreement of even date herewith (the "Master Lease") between the Master Landlord and Sublandlord, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference.
B. Subtenant desires to sublease from Sublandlord a portion of the Premises consisting of approximately ________ 7,000 rentable square feet of space located on floors _______ the 12th floor (which portion shall be hereafter referred to as the "Subleased Premises" and depicted on Exhibit B attached hereto, and incorporated herein by this reference).
C. Sublandlord has agreed to sublease the Subleased Premises to Subtenant upon the terms, covenants and conditions herein set forth.
