I1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction. Subject to the provisions of Clause I2, the AUTHORITY/Contracting AUTHORITY and the SERVICE PROVIDER accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts and agree that the Framework Agreement and any Call-Off Contract and all non-contractual obligations and other matters arising from or connected with it are to be governed and construed according to English Law.
