IAP DEVELOPMENT. After the student’s entry assessment and a review of the student’s school records, the Education Coordinator or designee, with the assistance of the instructional staff, will create the Individual Academic Plan to provide specific instruction meeting the student’s individual need based on entry assessment, past records, post placement goals for academic and career areas.
