IAT Confidential Information. In this Agreement, whenever documents and information are to be provided by IAT to Delta in connection with the preparation or review of financial information, including in connection with the calculation of terminal fees, matters provided in Section 7.04, or in connection with the Budget, IAT shall not be required to provide confidential information related to the rates and charges paid by ATA Airline Sublessees under their particular Sublease, or IAT’s employee compensation (other than head count and departmental cost basis used in preparing the Budget).
