Common use of IAT Entries Clause in Contracts

IAT Entries. You can submit International ACH entries (each an “IAT Entry”). The IAT format accommodates detailed information unique to cross-border payments (e.g., foreign exchange conversion, origination and destination currency, country codes, etc.). These entries must be batched separately from other ACH transactions. Credit and debit entries can only be made to the countries supported by the Outgoing Gateway Operator. IAT Entries can be used to send entries only to those foreign countries permitted by the US Originating Gateway Operator as amended from time to time. We reserve the right to further restrict, without prior notice, the list of countries to which we are willing to send entries.
