Common use of ICS Credit Clause in Contracts

ICS Credit. CADIZ and Optionee will make application for an ICS Credit, which if obtained, shall be shared equally (50/50) on a per acre-foot basis. CADIZ and Optionee will coordinate their efforts in support of an application and will exercise good faith and reasonable best efforts to secure ICS Credits.
