Common use of ICS Terms and Conditions Clause in Contracts

ICS Terms and Conditions. The terms and conditions for performing ICS by Mercatus for a standard SOW shall be on a fixed fee basis as per the terms specified in the agreed upon Service Order signed by the Customer and Mercatus. Anything outside of this standard SOW will be provided to Customer on a time and materials basis in a separate Service Order agreement to be executed by the Parties.
