Identical Counterparts; Facsimile. This Agreement may be executed in one (1) or more counterparts, including counterparts transmitted by facsimile or other electronic communication, each of which shall for all purposes be deemed to be an original but all of which together constitute but one (1) and the same Agreement. Only one (1) such counterpart need be produced to evidence the existence of this Agreement. Facsimile signatures, or signatures delivered by other electronic transmission, are as effective as original signatures.
