Identification and Authentication of End Users and Participant Members. To the extent necessary to comply with its obligations hereunder, each Party shall employ a process by which the Party, or its designee, validates sufficient information to uniquely identify and verify each End User and/or Participant Member and the Participant Member’s End Users prior to issuing Digital Credentials that would grant the Participant Member, End User, and the Participant Member End User the ability to Transact Message Content hereunder.
