Identification Marks and Packaging. The Supplier undertakes to label everything in compliance with the Edscha Standard ESN R- 41500-001, as amended from time to time, unless agreed otherwise. The Supplier shall ensure that the labelling of packed products will also remain legible during transport and storage. Deliveries shall be made in packaging previously agreed by the parties.
